Shipping Policy

Where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.

Effective date May 1, 2026 Free freight US & Canada Lead time 8–10 days standard · 6–8 rush

1. The short version

Tribrid Packaging ships free to anywhere in the United States and Canada. International shipping is available at cost. We palletize, label and hand off to UPS, FedEx or freight carriers depending on order size — and you'll get a tracking link the moment freight leaves our dock.

Good to know: Free shipping is built into your quoted unit price. There are no surprise freight charges at invoice time, ever.

2. Where we ship

  • Free shipping: All 50 US states, US territories (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, USVI, Guam) and all Canadian provinces.
  • Available at cost: United Kingdom, EU, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore, and most other countries.
  • Not currently shipping to: Countries on the US OFAC sanctions list. We'll let you know during quoting if your destination is restricted.

3. Shipping cost

Domestic US and Canadian shipping is included in your quoted price. For international orders, shipping is calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination and carrier. We pass through carrier rates without markup.

4. Lead time

Total time from approved proof to delivered shipment:

ServiceProductionTransitTotal
Standard8–10 business days2–5 business days10–15 days
Rush (+15%)6–8 business days2–5 business days8–13 days

Lead time starts the moment you approve your proof, not the moment you place your order. We'll always confirm a target ship date in writing before production begins.

5. Carriers we use

  • Small parcel (under 100 lb): UPS Ground or FedEx Ground
  • LTL freight (100–10,000 lb): XPO, Old Dominion, Estes, R+L Carriers
  • Full truckload (10,000+ lb): Direct contracted carriers, dispatched same-day

You can request a specific carrier or use your own freight account at no additional cost — just let your packaging consultant know.

6. Tracking your order

Once your order leaves our facility, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. For LTL freight, you'll also receive a PRO number and the dispatching terminal phone number in case you need to schedule delivery or contact the driver.

You can check order status anytime by emailing sales@tribridpackaging.com. We offer 24/7 customer support.

7. International orders

For shipments outside the US and Canada, the recipient is the importer of record. This means:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes and import fees levied by the destination country
  • We provide a commercial invoice with accurate HTS codes and country of origin (USA)
  • We can ship DDP (delivered duty paid) on request — duties added to your invoice up front, no surprise bill at the door
  • Customs delays are outside our control but we'll always help track and escalate

8. Damaged in transit

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, do not refuse delivery. Instead:

  1. Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
  2. Take photos of the outer packaging and any damaged inner contents
  3. Email sales@tribridpackaging.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos

We'll handle the carrier claim on your behalf and ship a free replacement of the damaged units (in priority queue) within 8–10 business days.
